Buyer Verification / KYC Policy

At Kenya and Burki Motors FZCO, we verify every buyer before payment to protect both parties and comply with UAE AML regulations. We do not process anonymous or unverified payments.

• Who Can Buy From Us

  1. Individual buyers (personal import)
  2. Registered companies/importers (business/resale)

• KYC for Individual Buyers

  1. Passport or ID Proof
  2. Full name, contact number, email
  3. Import destination country

• KYC for Company Buyers

  1. Trade License / Company Registration
  2. Authorized signatory passport/ID
  3. Company contact details
  4. Import destination
  5. Importer code if required by destination customs

• Why Verification Is Required

  Ensures legitimacy, ties payment to real identity, prevents misuse of cards, and aligns export documents with buyer details.

• When You Can Pay

  After KYC approval, we issue a payment link or enable checkout for that vehicle. Payments from unverified buyers are not accepted.

• Data Security

  Buyer documents are kept confidential and used only for compliance and export processing. Shared only if required by law/customs.
